Dr. Indu Ballani, MBBS, MD (Dermatology), is a gold medallist and Director and Dermatologist at Ballani Skin Aesthetics, with over 25 years of experience in clinical dermatology and aesthetic medicine. She also serves as a Visiting Consultant Dermatologist at BLK-Max Hospital. Her work includes lasers, injectables and thread procedures, guided by careful assessment and balanced, natural-looking results.
As a national and international faculty member and aesthetic trainer, she has conducted over 100 workshops, trained dermatologists across India and contributed to professional conferences, publications and advisory panels.
She is also one of the authors of Thread Lift in Dermatology, a specialist medical book co-authored with Dr. Rashmi Sarkar. Her expert writing and commentary have also appeared in publications including BW Wellbeing World and Retropop Lifestyle.
Dr. Tanya Agrawal is an MD Dermatologist and Associate Consultant Dermatologist at Ballani Skin Aesthetics. She completed her MBBS and MD in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprology from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University.
Her work covers clinical and aesthetic dermatology, including acne scars, pigmentation disorders, ageing skin and hair loss. She is experienced in injectables, skin boosters, regenerative treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, RF microneedling, lasers, HIFU and thread procedures.
Working alongside Dr. Indu Ballani, she supports detailed consultations, personalised treatment planning and follow-up care. Her approach combines evidence-based dermatology with clear communication, helping patients understand their concerns and the treatment options suited to their individual needs.
